HB&G warrants to the original purchaser that PermaWrap columns will be free from manufacturing defects which cause the product to rot, delaminate or excessively swell during the applicable warranty period. This warranty shall be effective for a period of twenty-five (25) years from date of original purchase.
This warranty does not cover painted finish or coating applied to PermaWrap columns by the original purchaser or any third party, or railing attachment to PermaWrap columns. Failure to adhere to manufacturer's recommended guidelines for application of painted surfaces shall void this warranty. This warranty does not cover improper installation of PermaWrap columns or its structural supports. In the event of a claim against this warranty, proof of purchase, with date will be required to affect such a claim.
