Decorative Capital Options
For the more elegant and artistic styles, HB&G offers decorative capitals for our round tapered PermaCast® Plus columns. Five styles of decorative capitals are available. Using a decorative capital with a round PermaCast® Plus shaft will alter the height of the shaft.

What you need to know when ordering a decorative capital:
| 8-12″ capitals for round PermaCast® Plus are load bearing. |
| Split Decorative capitals are not load bearing. |
| 14-30″ capitals are not load bearing and include a plug to transfer the load |
| The inside diameter of the capital is smaller than the inside top diameter of the shaft. |
| Decorative capitals are not designed to fit non-tapered columns. |
Non-Taper Cap and Base Options
Non-Tapered PermaCast® Plus columns have many of the same options for cap and base sets as the tapered. Decorative capitals are not recommended for use with non-tapered columns as the capital is designed to fit a tapered column. Please see the chart below for options and sizes.
